The Offerings

The way you choose to celebrate your story is endlessly inspiring. To honor that, I offer a collection of wedding experiences thoughtfully crafted to support every kind of day, from 4-10 hours of coverage to more intimate gatherings. On average, couples find that collections around $6,000 beautifully capture the key moments of their celebration.

Each collection includes carefully edited images delivered via online gallery for easy downloading and sharing, polaroids, film photos documented on 35mm and 120 medium format, engagement session, second photographer, endless timeline assistance and support, and an engraved glass box that houses a USB keepsake containing your full gallery of wedding and engagement photographs along with 20 5x7 prints so that you have something tangible to hold. A la carte options are also available for additional coverage.

Available as an add-on with full or half-day coverage, for couples who want their day documented with the same honesty and beauty of film, now in motion. I mean, picture this. An artistic, home-style video with that irreplaceable and nostalgic quality we’ve all come to miss. A true wedding day heirloom.

Heirloom Video Cherished on Super 8 Film. Along with digital and film photography, Super 8 has always felt like a natural extension of my storytelling. It’s something I’ve long felt connected to, and I’m so happy to offer it as part of my film family.

I love to be as involved as you’ll have me. In the days leading up to your wedding, I’ll help craft a timeline that flows with your story – structured when the day needs guidance and open when it needs space to breathe. I want you to move through the process feeling centred, knowing that whatever unfolds, we’ll embrace it together, gracefully.

The Experience

Observed and shaped with meaning

I love to be as involved as you’ll have me. In the days leading up to your wedding, I’ll help craft a timeline that flows with your story – structured when the day needs guidance and open when it needs space to breathe. I want you to move through the process feeling centred, knowing that whatever unfolds, we’ll embrace it together, gracefully. On the day of your wedding, you can find me indulging in the candid moments that occur naturally when you’re fully present. However, I also understand the beauty of subtle direction.

When needed, I’ll guide you into light, offer a gentle cue, or shape a moment in a way that still feels like you. And if being in front of the camera feels unfamiliar, you’re not alone. Many couples tell me they feel nervous in front of the camera. And almost every one of them says the same thing afterward: you made that easier than expected. That ease matters to me. Because this isn’t about performing for photographs, it’s about trusting yourself enough to live inside the day. To laugh fully, to feel deeply, to let your guard down. The images come naturally when you do. I promise.

The Process

Working together is meant to feel supportive, which is why I like to keep things simple.

Discovery Call – We'll begin our journey together by connecting virtually during a discovery call. Here, we'll get to know each other better and see if we're aligned. This is when you’ll also be invited to share your vision for your upcoming celebration in more detail.

I.

Booking & Welcome Guide – If all feels right, we’ll secure your date in my timeline through Dubsado – a seamless booking process system, making working together as easy as possible. Soon after, you'll receive a welcome guide with curated tips and insights to help you prepare for our time together.

II.

Engagement Questionnaire — A week later, you’ll complete a short engagement questionnaire where you can share your favorite locations, comfort in front of the camera, and your relationship style. These details help me capture your story naturally. Together, we’ll set a date for your engagement session.

III.

Wedding Questionnaire & Timeline Creation – Six months before your wedding, I’ll send a wedding questionnaire to collect key details about your day. About 10 weeks before the wedding, I’ll draft a timeline and schedule a final Zoom call so we can review it together and ensure everything feels aligned.

I truly cannot stress enough that hiring Shiloh as our wedding photographer was easily one of the best wedding decisions I made. As a person, Shiloh is kind, easygoing, warm, and such a genuine soul. As a photographer, she is so wildly talented that I don’t even have the words to describe it! I knew I wanted a more documentary-style approach to my wedding photography, and Shiloh’s style matched this perfectly. She got so many gorgeous detail shots and exceeded my expectations across the board.

“Having Shiloh be such an intimate part of our day was such an honor, and I’d hire her again and again if I had to do it all over.”

We had a small wedding in NYC, and her portraits and photos wonderfully captured the emotion and joy of the day. I cried when creating our wedding album. She is also incredibly discreet when needed and in control during hard-to-organize moments like family portraits. She’s such a kind, curious person and made me feel comfortable right away. "Shiloh was wonderful to work with! I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for photojournalistic or natural style wedding photos."

We can’t say enough good things about Shiloh. We booked her for our upcoming wedding in June, and along with that, we had an engagement shoot with her last September. Our engagement shoot was so easy, with her giving us enough direction to make us look good but also let us have fun with it, and all of our pictures came out feeling like us. We can’t wait for her to be such an integral part of our wedding day and know that she is the best person to capture it, so we can look back and relive what it felt like to be there.

Common Contemplations

– in other words, a collection of frequently asked questions

On average, I deliver 50 to 100 images per hour of your wedding day, but every day is unique, and I don’t set a maximum. My intention is always to share all the moments that feel meaningful and true to your story.

I. How many photos will we receive?

You’ll receive a small collection of previews within a few days of your wedding, while full wedding galleries are delivered within 12 weeks. I know it can feel like a long wait, but this time allows me to carefully edit and craft each image so it reflects your day fully and beautifully. Every photograph is meant to feel timeless and true to the way your day actually felt, and a little patience ensures the final gallery is something you’ll treasure forever. It's important to me that you feel informed when it comes to your highly anticipated gallery delivery, which is why I always stay in touch and let you know about a week in advance when your gallery will be ready.

II. When Will we receive our gallery?

Absolutely! Seeing a full gallery is a lovely way to understand a photographer’s style and approach. It’s important to feel confident that your photographer’s work resonates with you, in every kind of light, at any venue, even when using flash. Simply reach out, and I’ll share with you some celebrations.

III. Can we see a full wedding gallery?

I typically travel throughout the East Coast, including Pennsylvania (where I’m based), New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia. This is why I often describe myself as an East Coast wedding photographer – happy to follow your day wherever it takes us. As for dream locations, I’ve always been drawn to West Virginia – it’s where I grew up, and I think it’s truly one of the most beautiful states (I may be a little biased). I’d also love to return to Montana for a summer wedding. I spent part of my childhood there, and my grandparents still live in the mountains, so in a way, it feels like coming home.

IV. Do you travel?

In the last 10 years, I’ve shot at numerous locations, and I’m 100% confident stepping into any space. Although not a complete list, here are some venues that I’ve experienced over the years: Allegheny County Courthouse, Anthony Wayne House, Appleford Estate, Blooming Hill Farm, Born to Run Farm, Cescaphe Ballroom, Cicala at the Divine Lorraine, Crystal Tea Room, Curtis Arboretum, Curtis Atrium, Glen Foerd, Grounds for Sculpture, Heinz Chapel, Holly Hedge Estate, Hotel DuPont, Pen Ryn, Perona Farms, Philander Chase Knox Estate, Pomme Radnor, Powel House, Power Plant Productions, Lauxmont Farms, Linwood Country Club, Logan Inn, Fairmount Horticulture Center, Franklin’s View Cescaphe, MAAS, Morris Arboretum, Renault Winery, Stone Mill Inn, Terrain at Styer’s, Terrain Doylestown, The Inn at Fox Briar Farm, The Mansion on Main Street, Tyler Arboretum, Union Trust, Vault 634, Willows Villanova, Winterthur Garden, Library, and Museum.

V. Do you offer venue recommendations?
